Terrible Service – Completely Ignored My Order I ordered an iced coffee and clearly asked for light ice and caramel syrup only, with no sugar syrup. They gave me a drink full of ice and added no syrup anyway. When I raised the issue, instead of offering to make a new drink or apologizing, the staff member argued with me and claimed I never asked for light ice—basically implying the customer is wrong. I stop in at the Tim Hortons every night on my way to work. I frequently have a gentleman by the name of Deep serve me my coffee. He is a very friendly gentleman and his customer service is second to none. My order is always right and he always has a pleasant greeting for me!! Superior employee!!
