I have never had such a bad experience at this Tim Hortons as I have today, I was given the wrong wrap with rice in it( I have an allergy so extremely dangerous). I called and let the worker and supervisor know and they told me to come back for a refund(I work in polo park). I placed a mobile order on the Tim Hortons app and selected the “Now” option because I was in a rush. When I arrived, I waited almost 10 minutes, but none of the employees acknowledged me or checked if anyone was waiting for a mobile order. After standing there for so long, someone finally asked for my mobile order number, and even after that, they told me to wait another 3–4 minutes.
