Great service- very prompt, staff is very courteous and friendly
Everyone who works there is so rude and incompetent, they can’t even get a simple order right let alone run a small Tim hortons, if i could leave another 1 star review I would do it 100x over again!
Its a tummies. . .
Very rude in store and in drive-through, the entire staff, there should be fired re-hiring should be done. Retraining should be done and this location might be salvageable. I’ll take my business to upper James or the other location on golf links. This location is a disgrace to Tim Hortons and To Canadians everywhere. Special shout out to the tall gentleman working the drive-through barely speaks. English does not know how to take an order does not know how to service people or greets. I’m amazed how this guy got a job
