Our experience at this Tim Hortons was nothing short of frustrating and disrespectful. We had to repeat our order several times, only for it to still be incorrect. When we addressed it at the window, the staff laughed and made sarcastic remarks in Punjabi, even mocking us for not knowing how to order. It was offensive and unprofessional. I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of courtesy and customer service. This location has lost our business.
probably the worst ice coffee i’ve ever had, with hardly any coffee, 3 cubes of ice, and almost 3/4 of just oat milk. don’t come here for ice coffee they don’t know how to make it.
