the workers alysia and omar are the kindest individuals ive ever met, they are always telling me about the new drinks they have and are always making my orders correctly and in a timely matter and it is very much appreciated!!!
The workers Alysia and Omar create the environment positive for me every morning I drive there getting an ice cap and every day they make sure to be friendly with me and help when needed. They are very kind. I am so pleased with every time I come. I hope everyone takes their business here. I have some other reviews I’ve seen they may not be the best but I can assure you this is the best Tim Hortons customer service area I have ever been to.
Ordered four cheese bagel & steeped tea drive thru ; got raw bagel & without chipotle , also stale tea & that was even early morning 6:50am
Good food
Ordered mobile asked for extra sauce paid ($2.40) for sauce on breakfast wrap. Got none called it in said id get help the following day. Just for the same thing to happen and the manager on duty was different, refused to help me by over talking every time I explained situation. Refused to listen and kept insisting I come in pay for a new wrap and get it made properly. Like mobile ordering and speaking about it would make a difference when on an order.
