Very disappointed with the services of this tim. They make our ice coffees wrong when we insist to correct it they make us wait long and still coffees were not taste good. Such a bad experience.

Amazing Costumer Service Experience! I recently ordered through Doordash and they had made a small mistake on the order. I called them to let them know about it, spoke to Namit, and since they couldn’t make a delivery order on their end, she offered a replacement of the order instead when we get the chance to come in person. Cant cut a bagel that has been requested to be toasted and cut. Also did not send the cream cheese that was paid for. How hard is it to do this job? Apparently extra hard to those that can not read or fallow instructions

Stopped by Tim Hortons with a few friends last Friday evening after a long day out, and honestly it hit the spot perfectly. We grabbed some classic double doubles and a box of Timbits to share, and the coffee was exactly as good as you remember it being. The staff were quick and friendly even during the evening rush, which we really appreciated. If you need a solid, no-fuss spot to catch up over decent coffee and a snack, this place on a Friday night is a great call.
