This is a pretty disgusting place.. a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood.. very limited seating. Took a long time to order my coffee as no one was at the counter. Keep your wits about you in this place.. Addition to this : Someone got back to me thru this review ... Gave me a site to go ... go there and it isnt clear as to what I have to do or who Im going to be communicating with ... By doing this review I wasnt trying to be compensated in any way.. Drive-thru at lunch: ME: I'll have a large chicken noodle soup please. TH: we don't have chicken noodle soup. ME: what kind of soup do you have? TH: we don't have soup at this location. ME: what about chili? TH: it'll be a half an hour. ME: Fine, I'll just have a ham and cheddar sandwich then. TH: I'll see if we have that. ME: or a tukey bacon club...? Worst, driest sandwich ever.
I placed my order well before my lunch break, and I was initially informed it would take 20 minutes. However, the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back, and I did not receive my order until 1:10 PM, even though I ordered at 11:45 AM. I also tried reaching out to the restaurant, but I was unable to get through. I’m quite disappointed, as I had to return to work without having my lunch + they forgot part of my order. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ordering this restaurant based on my experience.
I just received an order put through Uber Eats - the brownie I have received was dry and stale. It must have been on the shelve for at least 36 hours. Total shame. Also, when someone orders an espresso that is going to be handled by a delivery driver, you must assume that since the cup's lid has a bloody hole for the customer to drink from, the coffee can likely spill and leak because the delivery car is bloody moving.
