Disappointed with my experience today. My baby accidentally dropped a donut right after receiving it, and when I politely asked if it could be replaced, the manager refused unless I paid again — which I did. Manger said, “Not my problem “. As someone who previously worked at Tim Hortons, I understand policies, but for a $1.69 item involving a small child, a little kindness would have gone a long way. Quick speed of service friendly staff great service
Really good service and tasty coffee. Staff were polite and the atmosphere was nice. Would visit again!
We just ordered timbits and they were very old and tasted weird. The whipped cream we got wasn’t the usual taste aswell.
