I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru approximately b/w 11-05AM to 11:10AM today and had a very disappointing experience. The employee at the window handed me only one coffee, and I politely explained her that it's the wrong coffee and also I had ordered three items. In response, she was rude and said that the total amount she said was $2.00 and why would I charge you only $2 for three items? Her tone and the way she looked at me were very disrespectful. Good value, friendly service, and convenient for daily stops.
Had an amazing stop at Tim Hortons today! Wr picked up a double double, the Veg Habanero Wrap, and Fruit Explosion muffin, and everything hit the spot. The coffee was really great, the wrap was packed with flavour and a perfect little kick, and the muffin was soft and tasty.The service was quick and the staff were kind, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely one of my favourite Tim Hortons experiences! ☕💛
