Me and my friend went inside for coffees we were standing deciding for what to get the two girls around 9:20 pm were standing there one of them said you take order what were the reason to refuse taking our order and also when I asked her name she did not tell me and were not wearing any name tag and over the top our drinks were wrong we talked to supervisor this behaviour is unacceptable and poor customer service just be considerate.
Had a great experience at this Tim Hortons. Artem, the guy who served me, was really friendly, patient, and quick with my order. He made sure everything was right and kept a positive attitude the whole time. It’s always nice when good service makes your day a bit better. I’ll definitely be coming back.
