They can't get my order right. I stopped shopping here its a disaster. 8 years daily customer.
Always had a good experience here. This is usually our pitstop for coffee and pastries, which are both always fresh. Employees are friendly too. Toilet can be cleaner; however, given the amount of people coming and going, they'd need to clean it every 10 mins. I've always found the toilets decent enough to be used.
As much as possible, I avoid going to this location cause it is the worst. Slow service, burnt coffee, iced coffee that has mostly only cream in it (gross), bagel with cream cheese that ends up with cream cheese the size of a quarter for a whole bagel. They charge more but put less. However, yesterday was the last straw. We got there and the line up was very long so we ordered at the self-served kiosk.
