The worst. Can't understand them and they can't understand me apparently in the drive thru. Not sure how the word "regular" got misinterpreted as "3 sugars" and the hot chocolate was warm brown water. This place has gotten worse every time I go there. Will be avoiding in future.
They can't get my order right. I stopped shopping here its a disaster. 8 years daily customer.
Always had a good experience here. This is usually our pitstop for coffee and pastries, which are both always fresh. Employees are friendly too. Toilet can be cleaner; however, given the amount of people coming and going, they'd need to clean it every 10 mins. I've always found the toilets decent enough to be used.
