Bad customer service! Our salad leaked and they refused to give an empty bowl to transfer! I dont understand whats was the big deal about it

Excellent customer service, i just visited the location and my food was served right away on drive thru also my order was made so accurate. Best location i visited ever.
I was at the drive thru this morning and ordered 6 drinks, 4 sandwiches, timbits and donuts. There was just 1 car ahead of me. I was in awe on how fast the staff worked. All my drinks and sandwiches and baked goods were ready as soon as I payed. Sandwiches were fresh and hot too! Fantastic!
This location of Tims is always the best. I love the way they treat their customers. Very quick and always fast in drive thru and my order is always correct.
