I’m I’ll be going to this Tim Hortons for over 20 years. I’m never going back. I asked for a chicken habanero loaded wrap. All I get really just a little grains of rice and lettuce and chicken and the chicken is hard to begin with. That’s not a loaded wrap that’s just chicken and lettuce.
The iced capps have been consistently bad, I have ordered multiple times at this location to be disappointed everytime. They make me wait and pull over for the drink, and it always comes out wrong. It’s melted/unblended, and is mostly liquid. if i wanted a drink like that i would just get a coffee. I have mentioned it to them before, they brushed it off and just shrugged their shoulders and told me to go. The management needs to keep a strict check on the employees and what they are serving to the customers. July 7, 2025 I order ( DRIVE THROUGH) a bagel double toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese , hash brown inside and artisan bun. First, it took them 15 minutes to make my order and when they handed it to me there was no h &g cheese on one side of the bagel and they have charged for it.
