Great experience with friendly staff and a wonderful lunch. My apple fritter was still warm and very fresh.
I ordered coffee and was given the wrong one. I asked for it to be changed, and they did fix that. However, when I asked if they could change or at least warm up the other 2 coffees I ordered (which were untouched but got cold while we drove back), they refused. The staff were rude about it as well. I used to work at this same Tim Hortons branch, and we were trained to be accountable and ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the service I experienced today did not reflect that standard.
