I’m beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons location. Honestly, this has been the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Not once, but twice now they’ve messed up my order—and it’s not a small mistake. They verbally confirm everything like it’s all correct, but then they don’t punch it into the screen, so I have no way of confirming what’s actually being processed.
