If you want to get iced latte here, you have two options: either they never hear you or their coffee machine is not working. Even if you are lucky and they finally take your order - you will get iced coffee instead of iced latte… Are you really thinking people don’t know the espresso taste in latte and if it’s just an artificial coffee flavour???? Not to mention the color of the drink…

i ordered a double double and a breakfast bagel the cream cheese serving was above my expectations, normally places dont give you enough cream cheese but mine was dripping in it. Velvette served me and was extremely friendly and nice, definitely worth coming back again, or regularly. The restaurant was extremely clean and pleasant to be in.

Worst customer service ever! Visited this location twice late at night, and both times the customer service was very disappointing. The employee (punjabi guy) barely acknowledged me when I said hello or spoke to him. I felt like I was talking to a wall. Basic communication and courtesy would go a long way. I hope the staff can be reminded about the importance of being polite and acknowledging customers.
