I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru and paid with coins, but the service was extremely disappointing. The girl serving us, who was a white employee with a tattoo on her arm, was very arrogant and dismissive. The way she reacted to the coins was unprofessional. I expect better service from such a popular chain. Please change your staff
Usely good. But 9pm coffee did not taste good tonigth! Who ever made it should stay away from coffee machines.
The girl on the intercom was rude with adduitue and the other girl at the window was roller her eyes if they dont like people they shouldn't be in this line of work!!
