I’m a regular customer here in morning after my 10-hour shifts, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. A employee named Suman was rude, aggressive, and ignored my polite request for less ice. To make matters worse, she literally threw my wrap onto the counter and walked away. I understand having a bad day, but taking it out on customers and throwing food is totally unprofessional. Very disappointed with this location today. We pay for it .. its not a free food .
So slow on drive through July 11 2:00
My husband went there this morning, his coffee and donut were just sitting there behind the window and they were serving everyone else behind. This isn’t the first time. Needless to say he got unset, their response was that he was told not to come there anymore. So if you are on a time schedule, don’t go there. Also, they do maintenance in their machines during the day.so you might not always get what you ordered. Crappiest service!!
Lady that just made my Carmel cold brew deserves a raise she was lovely and this is the best coffee I’ve ever got from this store.
