I was waiting for 5 minutes with no other customers, but staff were busy talking loudly. One girl, possibly the supervisor or manager, acted like she was too busy counting tills and told the other to take my order. I mean, how long does it take to count tills? If she’s leading the team, how can she train others with this attitude? When I asked if the chicken was fresh, the same girl jumped in and said, “We always hold fresh chicken,” in a rude way. Worst experience ever..staff needs to be educated on hospitality . Even i say hello but worthless. Caramel ice toffee was just a regular expresso with some cream and ice cream. Really disappointed
