Very disappointed with the service. I waited over 6 minutes for just 2 coffees, which should not take that long. On top of that, one of the coffees was made wrong and had no sugar in it. Slow service and poor attention to the order made for a frustrating experience.
Went to the washroom at this location. In the larger stall there were approximately 15 cigarette butts in the stall that had been put out on the wall. There was a piece of clothing under the sink. Very filthy wag room. Do staff ever check wahrooms. DISGUSTING
Please tell me why your staff makes their drive thru customers sit and wait at the speaker box while they wait for other employees to make our food or prepare our espresso beverages?? As someone who has not only worked at Tim Hortons but also dealt with drive thru times needing to be managed better, this is NOT how you handle it. You do not inconvenience your customers to cheat your drive thru times.
