I have never experienced a team at a time Hortons so disorganized. Not only did we have to wait almost 12 minutes for our 4 beverages but no less then 8 people who ordered after us were served before us. No apologies or communication as to why. This team needs training in proper customer service.
18:50 on 17th November. The staff were so rude and slow. One tea alone took 15 minutes! And at this time, it was almost empty.
