Very stingy with the ketchup.
Had to wait 30 minutes for just a drink which turned out to be barely 2/3 full. what is this service? why are you always so understaffed
This was the worst experience i ever had at a fast food restaurant in my life. I did a mobile order, ordered one food item (chicken wrap) and one drink (black iced coffee) around 1:51 PM. This was my ONE and ONLY lunch break of the day. I came in, was on the phone, but took the time to wait until the individual who was in charge of managing mobile orders was available and talked to them respectfully, asking about my order number (as I have done so many times before). Be prepared to wait 25 min for a drip coffee and a bagel. Staff are really inefficient here, for example, if you order drip coffee from the counter, instead of just pouring the coffee the moment you order, they will put it through the ticket so you have to wait 10 min for someone to take 5 seconds to pour your coffee. Also, the blonde girl also gives you attitude as if 25 min wait for a bagel is normal. She keeps saying "your order will be ready when it shows on the screen" to customers, but I had other staff never even call... read more
