Doesn't accept cash, staff aren't willing to talk to guests that are not UBC students. Making it so workers adding to UBC have a harder time eating on their lunch breaks. Cashless places shouldn't exist, is discrimination. Not every person has the means to have cashless payment options.
Extremely busy location with few staff. Expect to wait up to 30 or 40 minutes for your (mobile) order. Order pickup area can be chaotic.
Food always take forever, no matter how slow or busy it is.
Horrible customer service, super slow.
Staff is pretty slow in every order, they seems not happy to take any order after 2:00 pm
