Staff is very friendly spcly the manager
The employees here are so rude! On my first visit I came in the evening for a cold brew. Had to wait for 5 mins even though there was no one else in line only to find they had no cold brew. Second visit, had to wait in line for 10 mins and another 16 mins after placing my order. 16 mins for a medium iced coffee and 2 timbits. I was told twice by the girl who took my order that she's waiting for an espresso. While several others got their order. Shouldn't it just take 20 secs for an espresso after pressing a button?
