Crystal was aggressive and disrespectful. My husband has speech disability and she was giving him a hard time repeating several times the name of a sandwich. Customer service should be a business priority !
When ordering a fee doughnuts at 2am, I was told the closest location that was open was this one, so I placed my 3 doughnut and 3 tombit order - only to find out afterward that it was located inside a casino. Customer service was closed to cancel the order, so I went to the location and walked 15 mins from my parking spot to announce that I was picking up an order. . Alisha... I'm hoping that name is right. The beautiful mocha machine who handled my order with style. I was impressed how by herself she was able to multitask while still making sure I was served. Respect. Especially at 3am and I'm coming home from work
This is without a doubt the most poorly run Tim’s in the area. Either management is incompetent in their scheduling or the staff is incompetent in their ability to work efficiently. Only two orders in the que monitor, a line up of 20+ and a good 20 minute wait. Not good.
Went to this Tim Hortons before a show and Jamie was amazing. She was very quick, polite, welcoming. I returned after the show for a coffee and donut and the manager Crystal made sure everything was taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner. When my specific donut was not available and I was disappointed crystal apologized and offered to go make me one in the back. This is by far my favourite Tim Hortons even though I don’t go there often. Thanks Jamie and Crystal!
