Short staffed slowest Tim Hortons
Ordered a chili and coffee and scanned points. Did not receive chili.
Today I stopped in around 9:30am. The line moved Quickly and Keith who served me was super friendly. My order came quick as well.
Absolutely horrible service, 3 workers all prioritizing drive thru and cleaning when there is a line of 10 people waiting for the orders they already paid for, plus 15 people or more waiting in line to order. All these people have already ordered and paid. We waited 15-20 minutes total to order and wait for only two coffees.
Waited 15 minutes for two “everything bagels with cream cheese” and got bread with butter instead. Maybe the “everything” refers to everything except what I ordered…
