I placed an order 9251 on July 10 at 10.45 - On route New Castle west bound called to cancel at 10.51 but the manager directed me to contact online help. The online help directed me back to manager. No one knows the correct procedure. Tim is refusing my refund though they have the proof that the order was not picked up. Unfortunately I can’t offer any star for this poor service App are for convenience not for taking customers for a ride. Pathetic . Very disappointing attitude from a giant corporation like Tim Hortons
The young lady working the counter tonight is absolutely unbelievable. She's working alone and the rhythm, efficiency, professionalism is hard to come by!!! Her name is Lovejeep, make her a manager!!!
Drive thru felt oddly slow despite being the only car. Coffee tasted like I got the end of the pot. Employee was friendly.
