Store was filthy....staff were unattentive staff that served me kept scratching and rubbing his nose. Everyone seemed to focus all attention on the drive thru.
I go here everyday and every time it’s an enjoyable experience. Especially when Dee is working I know my order will be perfect!
I've never really had any bad experiences here at the Tim's here on Ottawa it's a pretty good place to go for a sit down an a coffee staff is always nice an polite ...There's one lady who who's alway polite an if she see you waiting she always checks up on your order to help you get in an out in a timely fashion if she can .... keep up the amazing job, DEE.... I only gave the 4 stars as there's always room for improvement keep up the amazing job
I had a problem with an order here and Amy (the manager) was quick to respond, remained friendly and professional throughout. She communicated clearly and offered an appropriate compensation. I've been going here for years and have no intention to stop any time soon.
Although the parking lot is small. I come here for the very quick drive thru service. I never have a problem with my order. The food is always fresh. And there's a younger gentleman that I see working often , Marcus. He is such a pleasure to deal with. It's refreshing to deal with such a well mannered teen. That doesn't happen often now a days.
