Went to grab a cold brew and the service was TERRIBLE to say the least. The lady was rude, unenthusiastic and impatient and when I asked to remove the milk from my order she rolled her eyes, sighed, and walked off murmuring to herself while another guy took over and was 10x nicer. When I asked what gives it appears her shift ended 5 minutes ago and she’s taking out her frustration on me. When my order was ready they just tossed the coffee across the countertop without even announcing it, and didn’t notice until 30 secs later... read more
Loved Palwinder service today with us!! She was great.
The only reason I come to this Tim’s is because of this one Caucasian guy who works here and he always puts a smile on my face for his friendly and kind behaviour. Only reason I like this Tim’s and hope to keep coming back
