We stood waiting for our door for 20 mins and when they finally brought it out is was the wrong order so had to wait again another 5 mins worst tim Hortons I have ever been to
So, i went there at 3 Am with my friends, and ordered 2 ice cap, 1 ice coffee and 1 cold brew. When i saw the ordered, i came to know that cold brew was looking same as ice coffee, there was literally no difference, when i asked about it then got very good reply, saying "this is how we do it". I am in food industry for last 3 years and working professionally. Never saw like that before.
I ordered a large ice Capp and it took 3 workers to come up and say “what would u like to order:” when I said an large ice Capp 3 times this old lady came on the speaker and yelled “WELCOMED TO TIM HORTONS WHAT WOULD U LIKE AND when I said an large large ice Capp. She continue to yell. As I said hang on to see what the other passengers in my car would like something they have no patience’s and definitely no respect. It’s giving not earn. Will not go back.
