I went through the drive through last night asking for a medium iced brown sugar latte with espresso cold foam. When I pulled up, the lady hands me something that looked like an entire drink of milk with a shot of espresso (the colour drink was completely off and there was no cold foam either). I took a sip, and of course, this was nothing what we ordered. So we drive back to drive through and tell the lady. She assures us that she put 5-6 pumps of brown sugar. I usually drive thru every morning before going to work, ordered bacon and egg mcmuffin combo with hasbrown and van iced coffee and cost me $8.64. They forgot to put the bacon, did not bother to check before leaving because they were always in a rush. Time: 9:30 AM
