Tim Hortons has very polite and experienced staff.
Bad service
I went there around 9 p.m. on Saturday, and while I was still placing my order, the staff rushed to finish the payment. So I couldn’t finish my order. I was trying to use the Blue Jays offer, but because she finished my order right after showing the offer, so I couldn’t use it. And when I told her that I was trying to use the offer, she said I have to order again if I want to use the offer. They also gave me the wrong item. Her attitude was so terrible that I didn’t even feel like telling her about the mistake.
The service was really really slow! It take about 15 min to be ready
Please clean your washroom. My god.
