Every time I visit on weekends, the service is consistently very slow. The staff often appear unprepared or unsure of their tasks, which makes the experience frustrating.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE has the worst staff from any location ever they are completly stupid. Every single time I go my order is wrong or they have put perfume on my lid and make my drink inedible. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I WILL NEVER RETURN DO NOT STOP HERE!
My husband picked me up a toasted marshmallow cold brew. My favorite part is the cold foam which they didn't put on. Im sick of paying for orders they screw up
