Staff is friendly and consistent. Grounds are well maintained. Restaurant and facility is clean. I visit often.
There was a bee's all over and around the food sitting on the donuts multiple of them in the display and the staff and management and there's nothing they can do about it
최악의 서비스 스마트폰으로 timbit과 음료수 몇잔을 시켰어요 하지만 timbit을 받았을땐 제가 시킨 버킷에 든 timbit들이 아닌 종이상자에 주더라고요 그래서 버킷은 없냐고 물으니 없다고 하더래요 그래서 환불을 원한다고 하니 안된다고 하는거에요 (다른지점에서는 쉽게 환불을 해주었어요 🤔 ) 그래서 버킷 대신 도넛 2개를 받을 수 있는 기회를 얻었어요 전 honey cruller 과 chocolate dip을 달라고 했어요 전 스프링클이 올라간 도넛을 기대했는데 초콜릿 소스가 올라간 도넛을 주는거에요 다시 chocolate dip을 달라고 했더니 이게 chocolate dip 이라는거에요 알고보니 직원이 이름표를 바꿔놓은거에요 당연히 tim Hortons 에서 처음사는 도넛이다보니 저는 정확한 이름을 모르는데 말이죠 (밑에 사진이 있으니 확인하세요)
