Ordered 2 large ice chai latte, and the cups were only about 3/4 full, if I offered my business to this restaurant, I expect to get what I paid for, if I'm paying for a large drink, I expect a large drink, if I wanted a medium, I would have ordered a medium. Do better.
Staff is respectful, but they mess up orders frequently, not including items paid for in mobile orders.
Normally I would not do this, as we always enjoy this particular Tims'. We arrived with a person with a wheelchair. Had no problem getting a handi-capped spot next to area where you can drive a wheelchair up to sidewalk into store, but there was no way to get the chair over the bank of ice and snow. Just wanted the outlet to be aware of this. We had to leave and find a more accessible place for lunch.
This Tim's always runs smooth and quickly! I often visit and everyone is courteous and friendly! Even giving a few coupons when asked! Thanks for being awesome!
When arriving at Tim’s today the parking lot was packed ….I had a large order so decided against holding up the drive thru…I was quite impressed the place was very busy with customers and the line up moved very quickly and my order came just as quick….great job by all that were still smiling, training new staff and keeping things under control and moving smoothly
