i stopped going here the lattes are disgustingly gross, one time i received a half full cup with only espresso lol after they fixed it was still undrinkable. Just spend $1 more and go to Starbucks instead it'll be so much better.
I was ripped off not once, not twice, but three times. I paid the 1st time. They said it was declined, we argued about it and I proved it with my Mastercard App. They argued somemore, we ran it a 2nd time. They claim it was declined, I proved to them again it was not. This is theft at this point. I call Mastercard to get a real human to tell them they billed me twice. As I'm on the phone, manager decided to run it a 3rd time with out permission.
