Hi there, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a cold brew, but was given an iced coffee — not once, but three times. I politely repeated my order, and despite being told it would be corrected, it never was. After waiting and trying to get the correct drink, I eventually had to leave — still without what I ordered.
