Customer service is not good, such big line up with only 2 employees,
I ordered two meat wraps at Tim Hortons and arrived before many other customers. However, people who came after me were served first, and I had to wait much longer. This felt unfair and disappointing. In addition, the place did not seem clean, which made the experience even worse. I hope the staff can improve both customer service and cleanliness.
