Went through the driveway thru... ordered iced late... it was an iced coffee with espresso... not frothy.. they mess up all the time here
go through the drive through frequently at night because of night shift, and the two girls that work nights here, Sap and Sim cannot understand basic english and get the order wrong every time. they don’t know how to make basic drinks and need to be told multiple times what the drinks are that are being ordered.
This store needs to learn how to make tea and coffee right. We don’t spend almost $3 for a coffee for it to be made wrong.
Wait for 15 minutes to order a coffe. This place has no urgency or care about anyone in this store
I am so sad to write this. This used to be my go to tim in Lindsay and I used to be a regular here for a long time. But now a days the staff, the food everything is bad. During days it is always understaffed. The amount of time needed to make a normal sandwich is unbearable and can never make the coffee right. There is a reasonable number of staff needed in a 24 hour location like this especially during peak hours. People are headed to work.
