This tims is very frustrating. Very frequently the drink or food I try to order are not available because a machine is apparently broken. I have on occasion just left and gone to Mcdonalds or another tims. Apparently they clean the oven every day from 2pm until midnight and the espresso machine is affected by some mysterious power outages that apprently dont affect anyone else. Good luck getting a latte or supreme stack
Went to this location today after long time- thru driveway- Staff on Window was very nice & Polite and energetic , he greets happily and took the order - as was not expecting After long time on Tim hortons someone is efficient in customer service otherwise most of locations every day staff is either tired may be from work or rude sometimes but occassionaly took order properly and happily. All in all this location -good service as well as food.
