Order is consistently wrong (for two coffees, not a crazy order) This has happened 4 times in a row.
There's only about 5 employees that are actually helpful, in the morning there's a guy that keeps trying to give my sausage on a English muffin when all I'm asking for is a chocolate chip muffin, and majority try to stuff 2 drinks in your window before you can even grab your first drink
I want to share a disappointing experience I had at the Cochrane Tim Hortons. I visited the drive-thru during the evening on multiple occasions (about 3–4 times), and each time the service was poor. When I asked for specific donuts, the order taker told me they didn’t have them. I then asked for an Iced Capp, and she said they didn’t have that either. What upset me most was her rude attitude.
