This place was starting to get better to me, but with your speaker issue in the drive through it is making it worse. You can't ask the person what they want to order, then input it wrong, then fix it. Then when we get up to the window and we still get given the wrong items. A quick fix of the items comes after, but then the lady at the window just hands the items over, rolls her eyes and continues on with her day. Complete lack of common sense. I ordered four doughnuts and two muffins for delivery from this location. Instead of packing them in a box, they put four doughnuts in a small paper bag, their icings against one another. They arrived here in a complete mess, flavours all mixed and stuck together. They refuse to use a box unless you order six. Could have placed the four doughnuts and the two muffins in a box, or use a smalled box. Really, could you not think of that?
