Amazing serivce, the staff will bend over backwards to make sure your needs are met. Management has their staff firing on all cylinders. I will gladly drive out of my way to Lucknow for my Timmie’s fix.

So i was really looking forward to visiting Tim Hortons as being from England, I've heard so much about your place and how good it is on many levels!!!! Well i have never been so disappointed in anything like this place! I refuse to call this place a restaurant. Leeanna - Manager Heard yelling and screaming instore! My only two complaints are that they never have anything you want when you order and you always have to get something different. And this is hands down The slowest drive-thru at any Tim Hortons anywhere lol. Nothing personal against the staff. It's probably not their fault. Probably more of a management/ ownership problem
