We love Tim Hortons, but a lady who works in the cashier at this location (Letty) made us feel like we were asking her a favor. She was very rude and literally threw my husband’s donut. I have no idea of what was going on, we were just buying coffee and snacks. Perhaps she was having a day? Anyway… it doesn’t justify.

This is our go to Tim Horton's location. Staff are friendly, helpful and with a positive attitude.
