Constantly handing out wrong or incomplete drinks. If something is broken or you don’t have something. Please have the common decency to tell us. Stop letting us pay for something that is knowingly wrong or incomplete.
I ordered a cilantro lime crispy chicken wrap as I do at other tim hortons restaurants, what I received was a soggy wrap with overcooked chicken which was also soggy. I returned to get it exchanged for a fresh wrap and another employee confirmed the cilantro lime chicken was the type of wrap I ordered. An employee began calling out for a habanero wrap, she looked at me and asked if I had the remake to which I asked her if it was cilantro lime.
