Staff are usually fairly friendly and service is responsibly quick. The main issue is the last four times I've gone they have royally messed up my coffee and I've had to stop at a different Tim Hortons in town to get it replaced. I don't get anything special, I just get an iced vanilla latte and every time I receive it it is nearly pure espresso. You can tell it is nearly pure espresso and not made correctly by how dark it is in the photos below. I believe with some better training my experience would be 4 or 5 star worthy.
Terrible service. I pre-ordered take 12 coffee cartons at 8:30am for a function and when I arrived at 8:45 they hadn’t started making it. 9:05 and I am still waiting, now late for the function. The cashier Brooke continued to serve other patrons in line while ignoring the order, stating they had to brew a fresh pot of coffee. How it takes over half an hour to brew a pot of coffee is beyond me.
Met the owner and his son and they were very welcoming and helpful. Took time out of his day to give directions and advice for the trip I’m on. A true family owned business with a friendly atmosphere. As always Tim Hortons has a food or drink for everyone but this location has the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced.
Becoming increasingly common that this coffee shop doesn't have espresso in the morning. Food has been more consistently fresh though, it's not all bad.
