Placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the store just after the arranged time found that staff were chatting and there was absolutely no emphasis on customer service whatsoever. When I said that I was there to pick up my order, they then handed me a lukewarm hot chocolate and my flatbread was not ready. I placed my order at the screen and my order cost $7.10 then when getting to the window I used a 20% off coupon. The cashier told me the same price and I gave the cash. Once driving away it occured to me that they didn't in put my 20% or they did and kept the $2+ a tip... Either way super shady. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

This visit was disappointing. The smell inside the store was very unpleasant, which made it hard to enjoy my drink. On top of that, the floor was noticeably dirty, giving the place an unclean feeling overall. I hate the fact that there’s some Tims stores are dirty like this one.

This location if bad whenever is evening. I don’t know if they assume everyone coming is homeless or what but they don’t respect ppl and talk with attitude. They lie when they mess up an item and they lock up the cashier way before 10pm which is the closing time. Management should teach better customer service. Morning and day crew are busy but yet always respectful
