Amazing Tim Hortons, best one in Welland. Always so friendly and very polite and warm greetings in the morning. Everyone is always so attentive and double checks that orders are accurate before handing them out the window. Speed of service is awesome and despite how large or small orders are everyone works as a team to get the order complete and out as fast as they can.
How gross! Some lady had her dog sitting on the counter today and clerks said nothing about it
