Avoid this location at all costs if you can. The food is awful - my breakfast sandwich was FULL of eggshells and they don't understand you when you're ordering. Took 5 minutes to explain a simple breakfast sandwich and they still got it wrong. We were also charged for a coffee we didn't get. Their decaf machine was broken. This particular location has steadily gone down hill but today, it reached the bottom.
I’ve been coming to this location consistently over the last three months so this is a general review over that time. This location is awful. There’s 5 people working Drive-Thru helping a single car while there was no lineup. Meanwhile, there’s a massive line in the store waiting to order. It should never take 10 minutes to place an order and this happens on a regular basis. I’ve had to leave food behind several times because I don’t have 20+ minutes to wait.
I have sent feedback thru the app but it seems to fall on deaf ears because nothing is changing. I am done with this location, even though it’s most convenient on my drive into work. I drink decaf coffee and every day I end up not being able to drink it all because it tastes horrible - old and burnt. I used to be a diehard Tim Hortons customer but it’s getting harder to stay that way
