Well, where do I start................I went to this location the night before at 10pm to place an order for the morning for a 7:30am pickup. I was first met with "I hope it's not a large order, we're training". I said it was 1 dozen donuts, and 1 dozen muffins, she said OK. When I arrived at 7:25am the next day, nothing was put aside and everything was simply out front on display(thank god they didn't run out). Service is not good anymore I have been coming to this location last 3-4 years in the summer due to the farmers market on every Saturday. We placed the order of 3 Bagels D toasted with butter, plus more beverage. One of the bagel didn’t have the butter just as dry as baked one without butter. I don’t understand where the customer service is gone we pay the price but we don’t get the service anymore, Ridiculous. There was lady named Barbera , she threw my Bagel and didn’t make iced cap and gave excuse I was on call . Very bad level of service. Tim Hortons is my Go to place every day . This is not what I expected. It’s was on 25 June 2025 , 1.30 pm . Really disappointed and sad to see such rude behaviour.
