I visited Tim Hortons on Wednesday afternoon and the store was extremely busy, but the service was amazing. I really want to appreciate the manager, Lovepreet, for how well she handled everything. She was helping take orders at first, and as soon as she noticed a lot of pending food orders and customers waiting, she quickly stepped in to help prepare the food as well. Small, dirty, only one person working there. Service is so slow. Always sold out of many products. I left and drove to a different Tim Hortons up the street.

This location never disappoints. Service is always quick, and the team is very supportive and polite. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction.

Lovepreet is doing a fantastic job as a manager. She works very hard and keeps the store running smoothly,even during the morning rush. Her team is friendly, fast and well coordinated. You can really feel the positive and peaceful environment in the store.
