Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when I got home there was no cream cheese. The lady at the speaker actually read my order back to me and said “bagel with cream cheese” so I know they heard me correctly. Waste of money 🫠
This place sells coffee. If you don't know that, you're not Canadian.
I walked out after not even being acknowledged by any of the four staff that walked by as i waited to order. Over 5 minutes at the till and not even a glance. They were not busy at all. One staff even came out from the back to dry his hands looked around and went back. Ridiculous service.
They need to better look after the inside instead of focusing drive thru as priority. I shouldn’t have to wait 10mins+ for a bagel that looks like it was ripped out of the depths of hell.
