I found it was rude When my four drinks were not right absolutely disgusting My coffees were So gross the hot chocolate was water I called in right away. The man was rude so I called in the morning time and still nothing but rudeness and disrespect
I got 4 drinks from this Tim Hortons both of my coffees were dark when they're supposed to be Tripple Tripples. My hot coco was completely watered down. And my tea was all water no sugar. When I called to ask for a correction they told me without the drinks they can't help. I wasn't gonna hold on to gross drinks while trick or treating with my children. I called in the morning and they were still declining to correct it. Nothing but ignorance and problems. Will not be coming back. Find better employees.
Garrison road Tim Hortons is usually good to my family and I. We go there daily if not multiple times a day. Well last night on Halloween we went to get a hot drink before taking the kids out.... well All FOUR drinks were wrong and the 2 coffees were burnt. We called to ask for a refund and they asked us to being them in, we told them we dumped them out as were werent going to carry them around trick or treating. Rude old lady, staple of every Tim's I've been to, if that's the kind of attitude the face of each Tim's has then I won't go to Tim's in the first place
