I just went through the drive thru and my iced latte lid broke while opening the lid and it exploded all over my car and my coat.
They always treat me great. I regularly go through the drivethru and they are always pleasant
Work overnight and when I come at 5 in the morning the lady who takes the orders is rude and even argued with me that breakfast wasn’t ready so I wasn’t getting it. Finally conceded and said it would be at least five minutes. I was more than happy to wait but that was after arguing with me over the speaker for two minutes. I get everybody has bad days but she is like this every single morning.
Breakfast wrap lacked sauce and wasn't grilled.
