The staff were very rude, trying to take advantage of my pregnant wife. They also were giving the seniors a difficult time. They give Tim Hortons a bad name. Will never come back here for this level of pathetic service. A life long customer theu just chased away my friends, family and I.
I have only gone in during the morning on weekdays and my experience has always been positive. Staff were very friendly, my orders were never wrong, and no complaints!
Went there for lunch today, absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a tim hortons. The lady named Karen there was insanely rude and gave us nothing but sas when it took her 20 minutes to make my wrap. Not to mention after i waited 20 minutes for my wrap, the workers comepletely forgot to make my iced Capp and give me my donut. So I go up to the workers told them they forgot to give me my iced Capp and donut. Got my donut but then they tried to give me a croissant. Anyways long story short will never come back here.
