This morning I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they couldnt even get that right. I was given a plain bagel with nothing, no cream cheese like I ordered or even butter. Unfortunately this isnt the first time nor the second where they’ve either gotten my order wrong or forgotten to give me part of my order. Once again I am displeased with my service.
Very thank you for one person name Minghui. He got very good smile and keep great attitude, even he got line up after me, but never quickly pass me. Patiently answered my questions about reward and redeem points. This is my first time come here, I was very happy and satisfied, I pretty sure he is wonderful person to other people, I will come more time to this location because of him!!
I didn’t get all my food one of my sandwich’s was missing
We are daily visitors in our neighborhood’s busy, friendly Tim’s that has undergone full renovation recently. Standard Tim’s modern interior with designer lighting, firm seating and high tables to discourage cellphone loiterers. Banquette seating tables for two are a bit jammed together. Hope the exterior gets the next upgrade before winter…Cracked sidewalks, missing handicapped parking sign, faded line markings in parking lot all need repair. A stop sign at the parking lot exit might have helped us avoid a recent collision.
