On July 7th, I had another disappointing experience. She was the one who opened the store, and I was the second customer. I ordered a steep tea, but it was made very poorly. My friend and I both disliked it because it tasted like plain hot water. It had no honey, even though I asked her to add honey, and didn’t seem to be prepared properly. Staff of hortons was very polite and they serve coffee with smile and environment was very good moreover cleanliness was well maintained .
All staff members are very polite and I enjoy my sevices very much , coffee was very delicious and I love being there.
