The coffee will never be the same ever since that American company took over. No more 20 minutes fresh coffee, they got rid of that. now they say "oh you've never drank black coffee before?" When you complain the coffee is stale, then they recommend you add more milk and sugar...........

Waited in line for 30 mins with only 3 people ahead of me. I feel bad for the guy training as the girl working with him was barely helping him and he was clueless on what to do. Placed 2 separate exact orders, first one by him which he let us sub mayo instead of ranch with no charge which is how it’s always been with every Tims we’ve gone to over the last 10+ years. 2nd order was with the girl who charged us 50c for mayo and refused to sub mayo and said they don’t have that option anymore, which is funny because the trainee ... read more
