What an amazing team they have!!
This morning I ordered a plain bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese and found a hair in it. I understand mistakes happen, but it was disappointing. I hope hygiene standards improve.
Had to repeat myself three times, I asked what was in a chicken wrap and he didn’t know. Then they put my food on top of the milk dispenser or something which was super dusty and without a bag
I visited this Tim Hortons at the Burrard Station to claim my birthday reward, and I had the best experience. I ordered an everything bagel, and despite how busy the station can get, the service was incredibly quick. A huge thank you to the staff member, Jatinder (Jat). She was so sweet, friendly, and genuinely kind. When she found out it was my birthday, she even offered me a small bag of Timbits!
