They take forever to prepare just a simple coffee and that too you get the wrong order! I've always got the wrong order!, either they put too much sugar or they make pathetic cold coffee!
The staff here are friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be for management, as this is a high traffic area with lots of workers and tourists, and not enough people working. (As someone who used to work at Tim Hortons, they needed at least another 50% more staff.)
Ordered a crispy chicken wrap and got slow cooked chicken wrap instead.
