Understaffed, I would like to give negative star review and it took 45 minutes to get a coffee
Today is 3rd of August and it's 8:24 in the evening . I visit this store everything is perfect staff and soo on but there is too hot . No AC no air staff and the customer both are working and standing in too much heat . Hope you guys get air conditioner soon . Everyone was complaining about this .
I had to wait over 20minutes just to order an Iced Capp. This happened during busy hours, and there were only few staff members handling everything. It was clear they were overwhelmed, but they also looked uninterested and tired — like they didn’t even want to be there. Why does Tim Hortons keep such low staff during rush hours? Terrible planning and even worse customer service. Very disappointing experience
We stopped by Tim Hortons around 4 p.m. and picked up a box of donuts — and I have to say, I was seriously disappointed. Maybe they’d been sitting out all day, but they were dry, stale, and completely underwhelming. Honestly, packaged donuts would’ve been better. I’ll admit I’m spoiled coming from the land of Krispy Kreme, where the donuts are warm, soft, and fresh out of the fryer. These just didn’t come close. Save your calories, your expectations, and your sugar spike for something that’s actually worth it.
I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons at Canada place. It took me over 30 minutes just to get a coffee, and I ended up paying $10 for parking while waiting. There were only two employees trying to handle hundreds of customers — completely unacceptable for such a busy location. Is Tim Hortons ignoring the need for proper staffing? I strongly recommend visiting Coal Harbour Coffee instead — you’ll save both time and frustration. Tim Hortons really needs to hire more staff to meet customer demand.
