Here's why this Tim's gets 5-stars - while the order que was long, I've never seen a Tims process the que as fast as at this Tims. It was a well-oiled machine! I appreciated how the pricing at this downtown Vancouver Tims was the same as every other Tims - kudos to them for that. The food was good, coffee the same as always. If you're looking for a quick snack or pretty good value for a meal (i do like the chipotle chicken bowls), make a stop at this location. Recommended.
Very very very bad service, employees are very very lazy they did not care about customer or line up at store they are busy in their personal conversations very bad experience.
Horrible service from Pardeep. She’s very rude and unfriendly. I also asked for an extra box for the timbits I ordered because my kids like to carry a box of their own and she won’t even give it. She didn’t even give me the option of maybe purchasing one. Explains the really bad reviews on this location, can’t even make a kid happy.
