Not bad—if you don’t mind the resident pigeon that walks around freely inside every day. I asked the staff about it, and they casually said it’s normal—it comes in daily. Do people really understand how unsanitary it is to have a pigeon in a food establishment? The last time I ate here, it was perched on a rafter directly above a customer. I told the manager, who didn’t do a thing. I’ve since stopped eating here, though I still grab a tea because it’s close to work—and I figure pigeon dander won’t make it into a sealed pot.
Best staff at the Tims ever !! Never met nice staff, actually caring customers needs and talking friendly like this staff before at any locations. She was really nice :) big 5 stars for her today
