I'll tell about one of the staff. I ordered a plain bagel. She asked me if I needed butter or cream cheese. I said no, I just wanted it warmed up, and I told her so — but maybe she didn’t hear me. Then she gave me a cold bagel. I asked her to warm it up, but she got angry, saying, “I asked you, but you said no.” I said again that I wanted it warmed up.
